Hired the 3m skip for a week to remove garden waste and very happy with the service. Excellent communication from the start and explanation of what is acceptable or not etc. Arrived nice and early on the day of drop off and friendly bloke. Have already recommended this service to quite a few people, will definitely be booking this service again at least twice a year. Really happy with my nice clean yard too :) Thank you

Very highly recommend he was an awesome bloke to talk to especially on a Sunday I called and he helped me out, dropped a bin off within 45 min and was happy to pick up next day, and even better he saw what I was loading and he said I will get a bigger truck here tomorrow to pick it up , and cheap to very much recommend good service and a down to earth type of bloke.

What a great service Skips Bin Hire is. Made an online enquiry at about 9pm and within minutes they were on the phone to us. On time, mindful of not making too many marks on the lawn - excellent job considering the buckets of rain. These guys are the bomb! I recently got a 4c/m bin delivered for a big clean out. After 3/4 filling the bin I hurt my back and wasn’t able to finish the job. I called and asked if I could have an extension for a day as my son was coming to visit and he was going to help. Mike was incredibly understanding and empathetic giving me the bin for an extra couple of days allowing me time to fill it. There was great communication and excellent customer service. All in all a great experience and would highly recommend.

I would not hesitate to use this service again. Because from calling to request a bin, I was asked a few questions to help find the right size skip bin for what I needed, and the prices for each. I chose the 3x3 skip bin for $305. Which gave me a 500Kg weight limit, and the size was perfect for my use. Also the delivery people were punctual, friendly and helpful on the best placement of the skip bin.

I shopped around and these guys were clear and concise and followed up with the list of rules for what’s allowed in the bins. I found other companies could not give me a price for fear of what had to be dumped afterward. These guys just avoid all that by having a foolproof system. The hiring of the skip bin was very pleasant. We had to get rid of alot of rubbish in our yard. But I was shocked to hear from the driver that our rubbish weighed over a tonne, 1.4t to be exact. Naturally, I had my doubts about the excess weight due to the fact that we mainly loaded leaves, branches, a few rocks and logs. So i expressed this to the driver. He then said to talk to his boss so that they could send me proof of the exceeded weight. He managed to send a picture of the docket and it indicated that the weight DID indeed exceed a tonne and I requested a few mintues to organise the payment. All in all, a pretty normal conversation. However the driver's approach on the second phone call was so unprofessional and borderline threatening. He sounded agravated and frustrated and told me that his instructions from his boss was to dump everything back in my yard if I refused to pay. That was only a few minutes after our first conversation/phone call. Here's the thing, I get that everyone is going through something, some facing harder hurdles than others but a little patience goes a long way. We are not dishonest people. We would never disadvantage another family/business in any form whatsoever. My family has been struggling with cleaning and trying to pick up the pieces after the massive floods. So we understand that everyone is going through something. This is not to deter other people from using this service. This review was written in the hopes that the business can use this feedback to improve their customer service. Thanks.

I enquired about a skip on a Friday afternoon, to be delivered the next day. The company were very accommodating and managed to allocate me their last bin of the size I needed. The skip was not the type I was expecting but it did the job and we were very happy that out junk was out of our garage. All the staff I spoke to were professional and helpful. I’ve never used a skip bin before but I was happy with the convenience and price. I would recommend this company.

These guys were awesome. Nothing was a problem. We needed the skip longer than normal and it wasn't an issue. It was also a hard place to drop the skip and again, even after having to back in a few times they were still smiling. Can't recommend them enough
